It was created to define how HTML elements are displayed.
It helps make the development of websites easier.

World Wide Web Consortium created CCS

5. WHAT DOES CSS ENABLE YOU TO DO?
it enables you to change the appearance and layout of all the pages in a Web site

6. WHAT ARE THE TWO MAIN PARTS OF A CSS

selector and declaration

7. DESCRIBE EACH PART OF A CSS
The selector is normally the HTML element you want to style.

Each declaration consists of a property and a value.

8. CSS DECLARATION ALWAYS ENDS WITH A semicolon , AND DECLARATION GROUPS ARE SURROUNDED BY curly brackets.
